Enquiries
The form asks for your name, email and workflow description. Company, service interests, current tools and desired outcome are optional. We use these details to assess and respond to your request and, where relevant, discuss a proposal. We do not add you to a marketing list.
How a message is handled
The website runs on Vercel. When the form is enabled, messages pass through Resend to our Google-hosted inbox at alex.moraru@gmail.com. Your email is used as the reply-to address. Resend sends from its Ireland region. Google and Vercel may process data outside your country under their service terms and transfer safeguards. Email sent directly to contact@reqvera.com is forwarded by ImprovMX to the same Google-hosted inbox.
Purpose and retention
We use enquiry information to take steps at your request before entering a possible agreement. Security and abuse prevention serve our legitimate interest in operating the site. Inactive or unsuccessful enquiries are reviewed for deletion within six months of the last exchange, unless a contractual or legal obligation requires retention. Records of paid work follow the terms agreed for that work.
Hosting and security
Vercel handles technical request information such as IP addresses, requested pages, user agents and timestamps to serve and secure the website. Hosting logs follow the provider's retention settings. Application code does not intentionally log form contents. Temporary in-memory rate counters use IP information and expire after ten minutes.
Demonstration and downloads
The freight demo uses fictional records held in browser memory and resets on reload. It does not connect to a production application or database. Downloading a workflow brief or sample record saves a file on your device; it does not send an enquiry. Do not enter real personal or customer details in the demonstration. The enquiry form welcomes descriptions of your actual process, without credentials or confidential customer records.
Cookies and external links
The website does not add advertising, tracking pixels or optional marketing cookies. Hosting may use technical mechanisms needed for operation and security. External websites have their own privacy practices. Language selection does not use country- or IP-based redirects.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information and, where applicable, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You can raise a concern with your local data protection authority. Information needed for a contract or legal obligation may need to be retained.
